“One for the money…”

This weekend was pretty relaxed, which was kind of needed without even knowing it. Unfortunately, this morning has not been so kind to our poor protagonist.

So, as I awoke this morning, I climbed down my wee little bunk bed, rubbed the sleep out of my eyes, and proceeded to check my bank account, as I do every morning. Being the responsible adult that I am, I decided this past year to do this to check and make sure everything is secure financially before I head out and greet the day. You know, better safe than sorry. This morning was something different, let me tell you.

Upon opening my bank account page, milk almost shot out of my nose in surprise. Reader, do realize that I was not drinking milk at the time, so this little hiccup is/was quite a predicament and a surprise to both your and my own self. Some little bastard had rung up a good ole’ charge on my card from TOY’S R’ US. Granted, they’ve got cool stuff from time to time, but there is not a singular one in Wooster, nor have I been in one recently. Even close to recently. Bottom line, someone had hacked into my account. I’m waiting for a call back from National City so they can fix this little mishap.

So, that being said, my subconscious anger came a-knockin’ this morning. Just like this!

Yep, my subconcious anger wants to give you candy. Oh, and a kick in the teeth.

Yep, my anger wants to give you candy. Oh, and a kick in the teeth.

Dear National City, next time a user, particularly this user, has his account hacked into by some little bastard, I’ll take matters into my own hands. I’ll take great pleasure in hunting whoever decided to wrong me on this one down, and to personally make their life a torrential living hell. We’re going to base that on ‘barking up the wrong tree’ if you will. Oh, and by the way, if you don’t return my calls within the next half hour and remedy this little mishap, I’m burning down the first bank of yours I lay eyes on.

Mark my words.

most unfortunate dude. its happened to me before too… except it was almost 800 dollars spent at a best buy in tennessee. the process of getting a new card is a bummer, hope your anger didn’t actually result in the burning of anything.
